"Eye of the Tiger"

I have been working on this piece for a while now. I remember coming to the Muline Cave for the first time when I was a beginner. I asked for a lift to Arapiles on a Facebook group and a generous stranger took me with him to Arapiles. I met a team of very multicultural climbers at the campsite and invited myself along to their climbs.

I remember us coming here for the first time and we were all in awe of this beautifully crafted piece of rock. I was far from being strong enough to climb anything here but it has always been a spiritual and inspirational place just to be.

I feel sad that this amazing cave is closed to climbing for the foreseeable future. I hope that the matter will get better for all parties influenced.
